The Damen Family

Working at Damen means working at one of the world’s leading, international shipbuilding companies. But it also means working at a family company. Although Damen has more than 6,000 employees and operates globally, we have never lost our family values and deep respect for our maritime heritage.

We are very proud to say that the original 10 pioneers from 1969 all stayed with Damen throughout their entire careers. Since that time many more have chosen to do so.
