A state-of-the-art booster station, type BS750, fit for a 750 mm discharge piping was delivered to CCCC Guangzhou Dredging Company, China. The BS750 has been designed to work in extreme conditions , being an outside temperature of 50° C. The fully containerized booster station consists of a Damen dredge pump, type BP7570MD, which is driven by a 1.825 kW Caterpillar diesel engine, type 3516B. The booster is fitted out with remote control.
