The Project Management team is responsible for delivery of engineering projects within the contractually agreed scope, schedule and quality.
Utilising best practices from projects run in our office we adopted and tailored Prince2 Project Management methodology and PMI tooling into our own DEGd Project Management System. Our projects are different in scope, budget, lead time and technical requirements and our approach allows us to easily adopt to the situation by selecting the proper setup of the Project Management team. To ensure all engineering-related risks are taken care of, our team is assessing them and implementing a risk response strategy from the first estimation until the closure of the project. DEGd project managers are certified by a range of certifying bodies including Axelos for Prince 2 Foundation and Practitioner and PMI for project management professional certifications. We are constantly developing our competences towards the satisfaction and needs of our internal and external partners and clients.
We are able to provide a management service for basic engineering as well as the whole engineering package in order to satisfy the needs of the yard for engineering services.
