ITS attracts key industry players from around the world, providing opportunity every two years to meet, learn and do business. ITS 2016 Boston will celebrate the innovation that continues to drive the maritime industries forward in difficult economic times.

Since its inception, ITS has grown continually and 100 exhibitors are expected at the forthcoming show.

Vessels in focus

The ASD Tug 3212 has a completely revised hull form when compared to previous vessels as a result of these tests.

ASD Tug 3212

This powerful ship handling tug has been purposely designed for worldwide use and to operate in wave heights of up to 3 metres in exposed locations.  She has excellent seakeeping behaviour, superb manoeuvrability and outstanding towing characteristics.

Damen Stan Tug 3011

Stan Tug 3011

The designs of the Damen Stan Tug series are based on extensive knowledge, experience and customer feedback. We offer multi-functional standard vessels, as well as custom-built, state-of-the-art designs.

Damen ATD Tug 2412

ATD Tug 2412

Damen’s range of Azimuth Tractor Drive Tugs is remarkably extensive. ATD Tugs have Rolls-Royce twin rudder propellers, excellent manoeuvrability, high indirect towing forces and great stability. And with continually improving standards, we deliver what our customers need.

Reversed Stern Drive Tug 2513

Damen RSD Tug 2513

The RSD Tug 2513 (Reversed Stern Drive) is a new concept which combines the advantages of both ASD and ATD tugs. The RSD® concept is designed as the ultimate shiphandling tug which can be operated in an efficient and safe way during assistance at the stern and the bow of a vessel entering a port. By offering one type of tug for all modes of operation the safety will increase as crews needs less familiarization, lower risk on human error and cost will reduce for the operator both in CAPEX and OPEX due to compact size and reduction of different ship types.
