On delivery of your Damen vessel, we will provide you with all the information you require to get the best out of the warranty period – including how to use your MyDamen portal, offering you free of charge access to your technical manuals, drawings, latest status of warranty requests and more. At the same time you will be appointed a dedicated warranty engineer who will keep in regular contact with you – whether there is an issue or not.

One of the benefits of building standard vessels in series is that we know our vessels inside out. Combining this with a listening ear and an up-to-date warranty database we conduct rapid root cause analysis and quickly execute remedial solutions.
