DAMEN WARRANTY SUPPORT

At Damen we value the relationship with our customers and that’s why we offer extensive warranty support. We visit customers regularly during the warranty period whether there is a problem or not. And naturally, Damen has the right procedures, people and skills in place to quickly solve any problems that may arise.

Warranty Procedure

On vessel delivery each customer is introduced to our warranty procedure and they are assigned a dedicated warranty engineer. In this way customers are assured that they can rely on Damen for everything they need, or want to know. Every warranty period is closed out with a warranty report.
A source for improvement

Damen Shipyards’ focus on standardisation and quality are some of Damen’s core values. Damen has delivered numerous standardised vessels over a number of years. As a result, we know our vessels inside out. In addition, customer feedback and our detailed up-to-date warranty database enable us to make an immediate root cause analysis in case customers need support.
Online warranty support

Solving a problem starts by reporting it. Damen offers you an online tool to handle all your warranty requests. After receipt of your request, your service manager at Damen Services will contact you to follow up.

The portal provides an up-to-date overview of your requests, their status and the actions taken to resolve the problem.
