Special transport vessel sold
Just before the end of the year 2020 we managed to conclude the sale between AIRBUS SAS and Holyhead Towing and Sandinge Bogsering & Sjötransport from Sweden for the special purpose transport vessel ‘Afon Dyfrdwy’.
This unique vessel was purpose-built in 2004 for the transport of Airbus wings ever since and marketed by Damen Trading on exclusive basis, because of which we were able to sell her within 6 months from date of publication.
We thank all parties involved for their efforts and professional approach. The vessel will be handed over to the new owners before the end of this year.
