Damen built crew transfer vessel sold

Last month we concluded the sale of the Damen Fast Crew Supplier 2610 Offshore Wielingen. This 2014 built crewboat, with 12 passenger capacity, is a proven Damen design for windfarm support and crew transfer operations, owned by Acta Marine Wind Services B.V..

Medio 2022 we started our marketing campaign for this vessel, which was owned by Novi Marine. Just 4 months thereafter our well respected customer PRCIP from Poland found an interest in this vessel via our website and purchased her a couple of months later.

These Damen Stan Pilots 1505 were built in 2017 for operation in the Caribbean. Upon having them shipped to the Netherlands, they have recently received a complete in-house refurbishment at our Damen Hardinxveld shipyard.

The vessel Narwal is a one of a kind, the design of the ship is based on a series of rescue cruisers of the 23.10 meter class. The hull is designed in a delta shape and is a welded construction made of aluminium in a mesh frame system.

After 19 years of hard work in the Gulf region, the Damen Shoalbuster 2208 is on its way to Canada to start a new life in operations for Groupe Océan, a major maritime service provider with an extensive fleet of vessels. The vessel left the United Arab Emirates last week.
