The Damen Stan Tug 1605 Michael Francis is a proven design of which Damen Shipyards built around 70 units over 23 years. She is a strongly built tugboat extremely suitable for harbour assistance.
She was sold from one Clarksons Port Services in the UK, to Clyde Marine Services Limited in Scotland. We assisted during the complete sale and purchase procedure, advising both parties and creating the contract and additional documentation.
We are confident the new owner will enjoy this beautiful tug for many more years.
