Retrofit engineering can encompass a wide range of activities, including structural analysis, mechanical and electrical system upgrades, insulation improvements and seismic strengthening. It may also involve the integration of new technologies such as smart building systems, CO2-reducing solutions, fuel saving devices, energy efficient lighting and renewable energy sources such as solar panels.
We use the latest technologies and tools such as computer-aided design (CAD) and Building Information Modelling (BIM) to create detailed plans and simulations of retrofit projects. This allows us to minimise disruptions and downtime during the construction phase and ensures that the final product meets or exceeds industry standards and regulations.
