Moreover, all major equipment can be repaired without drydocking. Only three diesel engines are required for normal operations; all are grouped in one centralised engine room. The available power is distributed efficiently, and SCR systems are fitted as standard. Years of shipbuilding practice has come together in an integrated in-house design of both the vessel and its dredging gear. The optimised hull shape combined with the high performance dredging system has resulted in excellent dredging performances.
